20th July 2018, IOI City Mall, Putrajaya – On the 15th of July 2018, EcoKnights was invited to IOI Sustain Day to conduct a DIY draw-string pouch upcycling workshop with kids. This draw-string pouch is made from rejected linens that were donated to EcoKnights by a local hotel. The objective of this event is to promote sustainable lifestyle and waste minimization. The kids had a really fun and exciting time making and colouring their pouch. It was great to see these young children passionately getting involved in sustainability. EcoKnights hopes that by sharing the importance of upcycling and waste minimization with the kids, they would adopt sustainable lifestyle at home and also in school.
