Give credit where credit is due. Here’s a big round of applause to Malaysia for climbing up 8 position(s) higher on the SDG global ranking, with a significant increasing score of 71.76%.
The full report can be retrieved on the Sustainable Development Report under Malaysia’s dashboard at https://dashboards.sdgindex.org/profiles/MYS.
Here’s a summary of the report:
Malaysia is already more than halfway in achieving 100% as we are gradually improving in the sustainability areas. Five SDGs have each fallen into the yellow performance indicator (challenges remain) and orange performance indicator (significant challenges remain) respectively, while only one sustainable development goal falls into the red performance indicator (major challenge remaining).

We need to strive more and keep the momentum going. A sustainable lifestyle and environment is the end goal, and each one of us plays a significant role together. Let us all develop a new norm into these positive habits and keep up the magnificent achievement we have accomplished thus far.
