Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia – August 7th 2017 – The 10th Kuala Lumpur Eco Film Festival, and EcoKnights, in collaboration with United International Pictures Malaysia, will be hosting a special KLEFF kick-off screening of the latest Al Gore documentary, “An Inconvenient Sequel: Truth to Power”.
The film is directed by Joe Shenk and Bonni Cohen, and is about the former United States vice-president Al Gore’s ongoing campaign against climate change. The film will explore how recent events like the 2016 Paris agreement and the election of Donald Trump affect the global effort to persuade governmental leaders to invest in a more sustainable future.
The screening will take place in TGV Cinema’s Hall 4, a cinema located on Level 3 of the 1 Utama Shopping Centre on the 23rd of August. Although the screening is free, seats are limited and registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Parking and food will not be provided.

Registered individuals are required to bring their identification card (IC) to the cinema on the day of the screening to redeem their tickets.
