“This is the first series of many forums and panel discussions planned for this year and is part of our 2015 new campaign called “Sustainability in Businesses”. We are looking for partners who are keen to be in this bandwagon to be the catalyst to ignite more sustainable mindsets among corporate leaders, and top management, to view sustainability as a cost-effective, sensible and value-added path to adopt. Thus, I hope this first of many series will see more Malaysian corporate brands coming forward to work with EcoKnights on this. We aim to work closely with the industry to produce a booklet that highlights case studies and useful guidelines to help businesses adopt sustainable measures and operate sustainably”, added Yasmin.
Yasmin will be hosting the forum and panel discussion where she will steer the participants to discuss challenges, strategies and solutions for a sustainable future. She added that Malaysia should be seriously looking at building businesses with socially conscious frameworks, and this includes balancing corporate profitability with environmental protection and business viability. To include social responsibility in the corporate environment, companies have to value add by incorporating innovation, improving and enhancing green technologies.
Anyone can participate and register for the forum and panel discussion however seats are limited to only 100 pax so early registration is encouraged.
