First Zero Kitchen Waste Workshop of the Year

23rd February 2019, TTDI - The first Zero Kitchen Waste workshop of 2019 was conducted at the EcoKnights office. During the session, 7 participants learned how to reduce their food waste by making Eco Enzyme out of it.

The participants were very excited to learn more about reducing their food waste. They learned and made two samples of Eco Enzyme from fruit peels and vegetable residues respectively. After a few months, the end product can be used for different purposes such as household cleaning agent, insect repellent, and plant fertiliser.

Malaysia produces a lot of food waste every day and it is time to change something about it! Zero Kitchen Waste workshops provide you the methods to reduce your food waste in easy and practical way.
