5th of May 2019, Sungai Bunus Retention Pond, Titiwangsa – In conjunction with World Earth Day, Kumpulan Tindakan Sungai Bunus had successfully conducted the Sungai Bunus Fun Cycle event. There were approximately 230 people who took part in the cycling event, which started from Kolej Vokasional Setapak and ended at the Sungai Bunus Retention Pond. The purpose of this event was to demonstrate the participants’ support for environmental protection by cycling.

Other than cycling, EcoKnights had also conducted a drawing competition among 27 children between the ages of 6 and 12 years old. The main concept of the competition is “River and Us”. For this event, EcoKnights (as part of the Kumpulan Tindakan Sungai Bunus) introduced the Sungai Bunus Retention Pond to the public, and encouraged them to visit and interact with the river.
