EcoKnights®

3rd May 2012, Kuala Lumpur -- EcoKnights president, Yasmin Rasyid, was invited by a local primary school, Sekolah Kebangsaan Bukit Damansara (SKBD) for a Career Day talk.

The talk was organized by the class teacher of 4 Efektif, Cikgu Azlan and Yasmin shared her stories of how she became a biologist/environmentalist she is today.

The 10 year old students were very excited to hear Yasmin tell stories of her experiences with nature, some happy, some scary and some totally outrageous. Many of the students also shared their experiences with nature and identified key environmemntal issues that are currently affecting their lives from pollution to habitat destruction for wildlife animals.

Thanks to all the 35 students who participated and EcoKnights hopes to be able to come back to the school again and share more exciting stories about the environment with them.
