June 29th 2012, Petaling Jaya -- Anugerah Hijau, also known as The Green Awards competition is a youth-based competition to find the next green champion in three competitive categories. The challenge is for young Malaysians to think outside the box and use creativity to design or produce inspiring messages on the environment through film, fashion and design. Being in its fifth year running and hosted by EcoKnights, founder Yasmin Rasyid speaks to us on the progression it has made and how one can help enhance the green economy.
Anugerah Hijau, in its fifth year, is an annual effort by EcoKnights which aims to shift the mindset of young Malaysians today for a sustainable future. This programme is also a popular effort for corporates and industry partners that are ready to embark on CSR initiatives with youths.
